Cycloria Vangates       On March 13, 1976, while performing an abortion on Cycloria, Dr. Paul Glassman lacerated her cervix. According to disciplinary action taken by Florida’s Board of Osteopathic Medicine, Glassman failed to adequately respond to this complication. Cycloria died on March 17, 1976.
