Sheila Watley       On December 29, 1987, 31-year-old Sheila had an abortion at Concerned Women’s Center in Houston, Texas. About four minutes into the 17th week abortion procedure, which was being done by Dr. Richard Cunningham, Sheila went into cardio-respiratory arrest. She was pronounced dead later that day. Her cause of death was an amniotic fluid embolism. She left behind one child. (Harris County (TX) District Court Case # 89-16100)
