Diane Watson       During her August 29, 1987, abortion, 27-year-old Diane was injected with xylocaine, a local anesthetic. She began having seizures, and went into cardiac arrest. A lawsuit filed in this case stated that despite the fact that four physicians were present in the abortion clinic, none were able to properly perform CPR, and this contributed to Diane’s death.
